Where does Paras Pets ship products ordered through online shop?
Currently, Paras Pets offers shipping in the United States only. We plan to expand service to more areas in the future.
Does Paras Pets ship to APO/FPO & PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Such orders will be shipped via USPS only.
Please note, if you select UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express) shipping method, a physical address will be required. Using these methods, orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes at this time.
Does Paras Pets ship products to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Yes. USPS Priority provides competitive pricing for shipping in these regions.
How long does it take to get delivery of my order?
Delivery times depend on product, inventory status and shipping method. Delivery dates can be calculated based upon shipping estimates provided by shipping carriers and handling time of 1-2 business days.
Once a shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number (if available). This tracking numbers can be used to estimate date of delivery.
Shipping time frames do not include weekends or national holidays.
What shipping methods does Paras Pets offer?

Paras Pets uses USPS Priority Mail service to ship your order over $35 at no cost you. Your order will be delivered within 1, 2, or 3 days based on where your package is being sent.

Certain handling charges are associated with shipping methods you select. Based on the shipping method selected the service provider calculates shipping charges and will be showed while checking out.
Can I ship to multiple addresses on one order?
